1. Our Services

Mysa provides matchmaking services, including but not limited to:

• Profile creation and matchmaking services
• Partner discovery and recommendation features
• Communication tools for connecting with potential matches
• Premium subscription services
• Profile verification services
• Customer support services

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the Services, their original content, features, functionality, and all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio. All content on our website and app, including logos, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of Mysa or its licensors.

User Content: You retain ownership of the content you post on our platform. By posting content, you grant Mysa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Services without our express written permission.

3. User Representations

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• You will not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You will not infringe upon the rights of others
• You will not transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are legally eligible to seek a partner (unmarried, divorced, or widowed)

4. Payments and Billing

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified for individual subscription plans and services. Generally:

• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Taxes (GST, etc.) are additional and will be charged as applicable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Payment Methods: We accept payments through authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay), UPI, bank transfers, and other methods as available in the app.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of premium services. We reserve the right to suspend premium features until payment is received.

Refunds: Refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranties: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee:

• That the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• Any specific results or outcomes from the use of our Services
• That you will find a suitable match or partner

Third-Party Services: Our Services may integrate with or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of such third-party services.

Disclaimer: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar items transmitted through our Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
• The conduct of other users on the platform

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Mysa in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We may delete your account and information
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by deleting your account or contacting us, subject to the terms of any active subscription.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Dispute Resolution: Before filing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our Services.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mysa regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
